      You are lucky if you read this review. I had a free checking account for 20 years at Chase. I visited this branch to open a saving account. One of the banker recommended me to change my checking account for better one since I am opening a saving account. Now my checking account has a monthly fee of $25. He didn't explain fully about the fee. Because free checking account is not available at this moment, there is no way to go back.

      My account had a hold on it making it impossible to access my money. I went to my usual branch and they were unable to help me because I didn't have an appointment. They wouldn't be able to help me until the next day but that was extremely inconvenient for me. Prince Johnson has always helped me out in the past when I can't get help locally but his branch is and extra 20 minute drive for me. I headed over hoping Prince was there since he always goes above and beyond to help me. When I walked in and didn't see him, I was discouraged thinking I'd get the same response as my local branch. I was greeted by a female employee who asked how to help me. I explained the problem and she relayed the information to Veronica Torres who was helping out another customer. She had me wait while she finished up and brought me into her office. I explained, Veronica got on the phone, and fixed my problem in about 15 min. She gave me her card and asked me to call her if the problem arose again. I was surprised to see complaints about Veronica on here. She was very professional with me and straight to the point. I wish she was at the branch closer to me.

      I have a large personal account with them and unfortunately now I opened a business one. I could not get ahold of anybody on line and I really do not like to or do I go in person but I had to in the middle of my business day. Even though the branch was empty they had me wait half an hour. Initially they told me the specialist banker will be with me shortly. Then when I asked again they told me she went on lunch and then after I waited more they told me the banker's schedule is full and since I dont have an appointment I need to call to schedule another time. After I left I called the number they gave me Prince C Johnson the assistant vice president he has a voice message that he is off for 2 weeks and to leave a voice message. Very disappointing.

      I should’ve read the reviews before coming to our appointment with Veronica Torres this morning LOL super unprofessional and RUDE !!! instead of Convincing us to open a joint account she made us RUN to a different bank company. She didn’t try to help us instead we felt like she was just trying to get rid of us, making us look for a coupon online ourselves instead of us helping us. We decided to go with Wells Fargo and we’re so happy we made this decision. Veronica should go work for McDonald’s or Burger King with that attitude LOL. God bless you Veronica, you need God in your life.

      Me and my husband went there trying to open bank accounts as we just recently arrived in California. We spoke with Diego the front personnel who was kind enough to schedule an appointment for both of us the next day. Asked for the requirements as we are new here. Referred to VERONICA who was sitting in her office. I think she is the one who open bank accounts for people. Whatever. Anyway, we felt a little bit discriminated by the way she talked to us inside her little glass office in front. Didn't even offer to let us sit, and said to my husband I believe you're a student because you're wearing a backpack. Very judgemental. WE didn't know that we have to be carrying what a suitcase? to be accommodated? She just started searching for the requirements needed on her computer trying to show us that we cannot open an account at Chase. That's fine if we cannot but don't be too rude. Remember there are other competitors who would gladly help us out. To Chase company, please teach your employees good customer service. It ruins your name.

      Nice building, male personal banker at the entrance excellent customer service skill set. Two female personal banks were passive aggressive and disrespectful. One of them after speaking together reported back to me I needed to come back at 2pm or try the branch in Colton, CA. The problem? I was the only customer in the lobby and just needed to add a suffix to my account name.

      Your drive up ATMs are never working. Its so frustrating to see the green light that the lane is open but pull up and the ATM cant accept anything. Change the light to red so people arw aware that it is not working.

      Went in to downgrade my credit card. I sign my name in and a (front desk?) lady instantly approaches to help. I tell her what I'm here for and she tells me I can't do that and I will need to apply for a new credit card and cancel the old one. I told her I read online you can downgrade the card without applying for a new card, and she denies, saying you can't do that. So I leave and call chase's customer service and they were able to assist me with downgrading the card. I should I called in the first place, instead of driving over. Chase, don't hire people and not train them for the job!

      it takes forever to get someone on the phone, then when somebody finally picks up they were very rude. she kept talking over me and wouldn't let me finish a sentence. you guys need better customer service.
