  So happy they have a location here. I have always been greeted with a smile and a helpful attitude. The Coinstar doesn't charge a fee like in some other businesses. We financed our home here and the process was smooth and seamless.

  They are amazing and do what they can to help. I am there all the time. They need a bigger branch so they can help more fire families out here. This location is pivotal because any other locations are so far away. This location is the bees knees, the cats pajamas, if you may.

  Terrible communication with our local branch. I’ve had to call the cooperate office so many times because my emails or calls were never returned for over a week. (This was on multiple occasions) try for a loan or credit card and get denied. They make it impossible to get a loan. We have great credit, reliable income, and little debt (2 car payments which are almost paid off) it makes no sense and is a pain.

  Ok for banking, horrible for lending! The lenders take 2-3 days to get back to you, then it goes to the under writer and then on top of that they have high interest rates. We got a a great interest rate through Logix’s! We’re happy campers! 🏕

  Whole bank is down, no one has access to their money, and the phone lines are busy. Fun!
