  Ghosted me after they shipped my laptop to the wrong state. Never received my laptop. I had to issue a chargeback. Hope they enjoy eating the chargeback fees.

  Ive been here a few times to sell some of my cameras or other photography equipment I don’t need after upgrading to newer models. Sometimes we’ve agreed and made a deal, other times we didn’t. But either way every time I’ve come in these guys have been fair and honest with me and that’s why I always go here before anywhere else to sell anything.

  I understand these guys have to make a living but I was down right lowballed and lied to. I was told the most my item was selling for was no more than $125 and it was a hard item to sell. He offered me $70 and said “that was a great price”. I looked every where imaginable and couldn’t find one not even one that sold for under $280. I posted it on letgo and with in 4 hours I had 3 people offer me my asking price of $325 and sold it. Make sure you are well aware of what you have, it’s value and what it has “sold” for before you bring anything to them. I was only asking for $150 and considering how fast and what it sold for that was more than fair. There is a difference between making a living and ripping people off. If I could give 0 stars I would. Response to your response. Yes I left the review at 430 am because when I woke up for work in the morning I was still very upset. I told you it sells for $500 brand new and I personally purchased the item 6 months prior for $500 directly from Sonos. I told you they sell for $300 used not new. I also did not insult anyone, however I did bitterly say “wow that is ridiculous” That is a direct quote. I was never offered to see any information or where you got your pricing from. I would have loved to have seen that considering I went back and looked extremely thoroughly on multiple selling platforms and I could not find one that sold for under $250 used.The one that did sell for $250 was not in mint condition. The only ones that have sold in that $125 price range are Gen 1s and I even came back into the store and said I think you made a mistake this is a Gen 2 not a Gen 1. I came back and edit the lied to part because I cooled down, thought about it and said he could have just not been looking at the right item but now that’s 3 more lies 1- that I said it sells for 300 new 2- that I hurled insults at you 3- that I was offered to see where you were getting your pricing from. So I guess I will leave it.

  Hello “Wrath ofgod” regarding the review that you left us at at 4:41am this morning, I am upset that you were dissatisfied with your experience at our store but there are a few factors I believe you should consider. As we explained to you in our store even if an item is selling for around $300 in BRAND NEW condition which is what you claimed, your item was USED and therefore not of the same value as it was when it was originally purchased. We did make you an offer, which was open to counter offer and negotiation, we also attempted to show you what we saw your item selling for in USED condition to help explain how we came up with our offer price. Unfortunately you refused to even look at the information we attempted to show you on our computer. Instead you decided to hurl insults at one of our staff members as you left the store. Despite this fact IF you did sell your item for the price you claim above I am genuinely happy for you and also very impressed that you were able to get someone to purchase a USED item for the same price they could’ve bought it for NEW in stores.

  I placed an order via Hudson Valley's online store, and I received the item within 3 days (opposite coast), the item was completely new and really well packaged and they had the best price around. Highly recommended!

  Cool workers and honest negotiations, I sold them a pair of off white bikes and they gave me a better offer then anyone else anywhere upstate, I would come back and do business with them again.
