KeyBank Reviews

jeff taylor1This has to be the worst bank ever in Rockland County. Make sure to never have your card eaten by the ATM or you're going to have to pay the price of waiting 5 days for a new card because they won't open that machine for you. In their words "your card is gone". The guest service is just as bad as their business. Pure Filth.
Response from the ownerHello Jeff, thank you for getting in touch. For security reasons cards are destroyed if they are not removed in a timely manner after completing a transaction. This process is in place to protect you from possible fraudulent transactions. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you.^CH

Gigil Easow1This is a horrible bank with no principles, empathy or sympathy, they are ruthless and definitely don't keep the community top of mind. They moved in recently into an old community like Nyack and harass a mother with two little children for parking in their side parking lot after office hours at 7.30 pm on a Friday night. They charged me 320$ for parking on their side lot at 7.30 p.m. Their Towing company pulled the car in front of me, I had my toddler in my arm and Five-year-old trailing behind me. Why on earth is the cost 320$ Even when you call a towing company for roadside assistance it only costs 120$. Here, I was right there! How can this bank which doesn't care about mothers or little children ever provide good banking principles? They want your money for sure but have no principles. The towing company Franc Rock Towing company's boss is as ruthless as the bank. Birds of a feather flock together. The bank was on the phone and he refused to do anything about it! I had no choice but to pay, with two little kids and their car seats in the car. If they don't want anyone to park there which has never been a problem especially when the bank is not operational why don't they lock it with a gate? Really they want the community to trust them with their money, houses and credit but I can't even trust them to have empathy? What in the world? I can't wait to see this bank sink! #ruthlesskeybankgetoutofourcommunity

C K5we have been with key since they bought the union state bank franchise and have no complaints. good service friendly staff. residents of nyack should know that parking in the town is an issue. as the owner and operator of the vehicle you are responsible to follow the laws or rules of the property owner.

Ashley walters1This bank is horrible save yourself the trouble and do not bank here. Worst customer service I've ever experienced and the employess inside the bank have no clue how to properly do their job. The Atm also never works taking cash without depositing into your account. Ive been waiting over a week for cash i deposited in my account through the Atm. Even when with drawing money it never works. Forcing people to use other atms that the bank will charge you extra money on top of atm fee.
Response from the ownerHi Ashley, what happened? If you don't mind sharing please send additional information to us at [email protected] Please also include your full name and a phone number with zip code if you'd like to get in touch. ^JL24669

Juan Perez1I have been banking here since i was 16, ever since they moved to Nyack it has been horrible! I a customer who holds all of her life savings there parked there around 6:30 when the bank was closed, come to find out that my car is being towed i ran outside and the towing guy threatened me and told me he would have me arrested if i would move out the way after going back and forth with him he said he would put my car down if i gave him 200$ cash which i had to bc guess why Keybank i have a job i have to get to! I am disgusted by this and cannot believe that a natioanlly acknowledged bank does business with Thugs!!! I will be pullin my savings out of there and I hope others will follow! FYI Keybank told you rude teller about what happend and she said dont park there! Its a big sign ... yeap thats what i get for leaving my money with you! Your CEO Beth Mooney shoud really drive down once in a while and see who she has representing her bank.

Chiqui Garcia1Rude and disrespectful staff. I used today for the first time their drive thrue bank and nobody was helping there, there was a note to ring the bell, I rang the bell no one came, I rang it again and a guy shows yelling at me for ringing the bell twice. I explained my reason and he kept going and going on the same issue of me ringing twice. They need to learn about customer service.
Response from the ownerChiqui -Thank you for letting us know your feedback. I'll pass this along to the appropriate management. Let us know if you have any other issues. ^CS

Cynthia Rose1Had an employee harass me in the parking lot of the bank. Said I wasn’t a customer and couldn’t park there. Literally stalked me inside the bank and I believe she called a tow truck. Obviously they have parking issues.
Response from the ownerHello Cynthia: This is not the type of post we like to see. I'd like to find out more about what happened. If you would please send an email to [email protected] and include your phone number, I'll give you a call. ^KeyBank Customer Care
