  What a great experience! I felt comfortable and confident that I was getting the best car for the best possible deal. Thanks to Aaron Moreno and Tristan George’s help! Last week I had no idea where to start. A lot more goes into these things than I had thought! But superior customer service went a long way and helped me not only find the right vehicle, but the right financing for me!

  Waited over two hours (again) for my car to get general service done. I am a loyal customer whose times gets taken advantage of every time. They inconsistently wash your car every third or fourth service (should be every time right?), leave you in a waiting room with nothing to drink and no hand sanitizer and don’t update you on when you will be leaving or when your car will be done. Two hours for fluids is pathetic and not worth my time. I will be pulling my service and patronage from this dealership. They don’t care.

  Come in and ask for Luis. Takes the time and effort to throughly explain all your options to make the best decision. Made the process smooth and easy to get through.

  Great customer service and well informed staff. When I arrived at the dealership I work with a salesman name Carl B. He went over the features, the price of the car, and provided me a carfax. Carl B and his manager Fausto was very professional and made this process very easy. This is my first car and I am very happy. Even with bad credit Carl will get the job done.

  The staff here was absolutely amazing to me. Eddie in Sales, Tristan the GM, and Johan in Finance went above and way beyond to work with me to get the car I wanted at the price I needed. They truly care about their customers. I was treated with care, respect and honesty from the moment I walked in the door. I am beyond grateful to them and will be a customer for life.   I had an amazing experience leasing my first car at Rockland Hyundai. They’ve done everything in their ability to help me get a car i can afford and like. I really want to thank and want to say i appreciated their hard work and dedication to help me get a car. Carl was very informative, he told me everything as they are, he made me feel comfortable from the jump. The Manager, Fausto was the nicest man, he was the boss!. As long as Carl and Fausto are working together, they’ll make the magic happen! Yeah, you’ll get the car you want! I recommend any college grad to get their first car with them.
