  Do not use their services unless you want to be treated with zero respect and are ok with poor communication and inaccuracy. This office has no accountability for their mistakes and you, their supposed customer, will suffer the consequences of their very evident incompetency. It seems like corporate needs to review their management team at this particular location because they make Howard Hanna in its entirety look atrocious. Management is demeaning, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. For example, management thought it was appropriate to hang up on me since they did not want to listen to my concerns/issues with my transaction. My only positive remark goes to my Realtor, who remained professional and helpful throughout the entire hellish process. If interested in knowing the details of my horrible experience I would be more than happy to share. Also want to note the only reviews, minus my review, are all their office employees.

  I just want to say Craig Arneman is the Best! If your looking for a new home or selling your existing home look no further! Thank you Craig for being honest, replying right away if we need to schedule viewing a home or have questions about anything! We are thankful to work with you!

  This Howard Hanna office made my first home buying experience a nightmare. I do not have any complaints about my realtor, as she was very professional, knowledgeable, compassionate and helpful. As for the other employees they were rude and UNprofessional. The manager hung up the phone on us when we were politely voicing our concerns and there is absolutely no communication between workers at HH. The lack of communication led us to be stranded in Erie with all of our belongings, pets and children because we were notified that our closing was cancelled the day it was scheduled; 30 minutes before the final walkthrough and 1.5 hr before the actual closing time. After being told (in writing) that we would be reimbursed for the hotel and uhaul charges incurred due to this lack of communication, we still haven't received the entire reimbursement and we have had to contact corporate multiple times. I would not recommend this office to anyone but I do recommend our polite and knowledgeable realtor, Amanda.
