  We had a wonderful experience with Houwzer. We were very sceptical at first because it seemed to good to be true, but we are so glad we took a leap of faith. The whole process of selling our house was extremely easy with Houwzer. They have the whole process down to a T. Our agent, Brian Cooper, was excellent and went above and beyond for us. The 3d tour and photos of the house turned out great. The house was under contract within 5 days, and we got an offer significantly over asking.

  Anyone who wants to SAVE A LOT OF MONEY in commissions should list their home with this company!! My husband and I were very pleased with our agent Brian Cooper's handling of the sale of our vacation home. He and his assit. Grace did everything on time and very professionally. Brian negotiated the sales price up for us and made sure everything from the listing to the closing stayed on schedule. We saved $18,675 by using Houwzer rather than using a high commission agent that would have charged us 2.5%, and we received the exact same level of service. What's not to like about saving that much money? I know it seems too good to be true...but it really it true. Please check them out.

  Houwzer offer a much better pricing for real estate sale than the traditional realtors. This was an estate sale that I wanted to keep more of the proceeds within the estate and not pay out for fees and commission.. My Realtor June Piper-Brandon kept me well informed and provide expert advice to get the property sold.

  There were no surprises regarding the fees for service as a seller, and the quality of the service I received from my agent Matt Kalogeras was top notch. The process to sell my home was extremely straightforward and Houwzer's online/text notifications made it easy for me to keep up with the progress and status of my home sale. My home was under contract in less than 5 days and we closed in 30 days. Despite being such a major transaction, this process felt almost stress because of my agent's friendly, transparent disposition. I highly recommend Houwzer to anyone looking to sell their home and save on closing costs given Houwzer's flat rate fee structure for sellers.

  Brian Cooper was excellent with the negotiations. I really felt like he had my best interest at heart and worked very hard at closing my house deal. He really knows his stuff! I would highly recommend him to my friends and would use him in the future if I ever have to sell or buy another home. He is the best!

  Brian was able to help us sell our house quickly and efficiently, Houwzer photo package was easy to work with and they came out great. I would recommend this service to anyone that has a house that is ready to sell with minimal work. Houwzer saved us thousands.

  It was my first experience selling a home and I’m glad it was with Houwzer. The process was smooth from start to finish and they held my hand the entire way. At every phase, someone was available to answer my questions and I had quite a few. I’ve already recommended the company to a neighbor who’s planning on selling their home.

  I would not recommend this group at all. They market from the start that they do not pressure you since they are not commission paid but that is completely untrue. After 2 months of looking for our 1st home the Buyers agent simply told us " that she showed us too many homes and that we were not ready to buy one". And this is even after we had already made 2 offers that we did not get. The Loan officer was also very unresponsive..ignored my emails completely and never helped me even after their buyers agent asked him to. Long story short, that very next day that the Houwzer home buyers agent decided to not help us anymore, I went to look for another agent and made an offer to my dream home and ended up purchasing it.
