  My experience working with Jeremy has been great! As a Realtor, I can say that it is VERY important for a home buyer to use a lender that gets loans done on time. He is very accommodating with buyers making sure that all of their questions and concerns are answered. His work ethic and professionalism are second to none. If you are looking for a mortgage, look no further. Jeremy is the best.

  Jeremy and The HOUSE Team are AMAZING! We started the home buying process a few months ago with another lender who "prequalified" us, and then ended up telling us there was nothing he could do and we wouldn't be able to get a loan because my husband has been self-employed for less than two years. I started to do some research online about mortgages for self-employed individuals and came across a great article written by Jeremy. We reached out to him and he told us that he would do everything he could to qualify us, and sure enough, he did! He was with us every step of the way and always on top of everything, and today we signed on our new house!! We couldn't have done it without Jeremy and his team, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home!

  Pete and his team were great through this whole loan experience. I tend to procrastinate, but Pete kept me on task, and the escrow went smoothly and quickly. If you need a loan I would definitely recommend Pete and his team.

  We loved working with the House team! Pete was our loan officer and made the process of home buying out of state so seamless! He kept us well informed and answered all of our questions. Everything was so smooth despite our busy schedules and a 3 hour time difference! We would recommend them to anyone buying a home!

  Excellent experience with this team, and never even had to leave our home to complete ALL the steps in the process.  Very convenient! Entire team was excellent at keeping process on track, providing clear instructions, and following up with all questions. I made the mistake of shopping for loans on an online site before contacting Jeremy and his team.  We got buried in email spam and phone calls from "mortgage" companies.  Don't make this mistake.  START your financing with the HOUSE team.

  Jeremy and his team are awesome. I tried for almost a year to refinance a rental property I was upside down on, but couldn't find anyone that was willing to help or had the knowledge to do so. Jeremy was able to get it done without any problems and just a few months later he was able to refinance my primary residence as well. Jeremy and his team are extremely knowledgeable and professional. I received almost daily updates on the status of the re-fi from either Jeremy or someone from his team. I would highly recommend Jeremy House and Prime Lending to anyone looking to refinance or purchase a new home.

  Jeremy was the second lender we worked with. It was a night and day experience. He and his team were friendly, professional, and experienced. Being a first time home buyer I wasn't very familiar with the process. He was always willing and happy to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend The House Team to any of my friends and family.
