  Another great loan experience with Fairway- Chad Jones and Jason Breinholt. We have used this lender multiple times due to our business and they have delivered with on time closing and excellent communication every single time. We made the mistake of trying to go with a different lender one time last year and it was a nightmare. We realize more than ever how valuable a good team like this is and we plan to keep using them in the future.

  The team was very clear and concise in their communication. There was no last minute rush for document collection and changes like I have experienced in many other instances when closing on a loan. The accuracy of the timeline was very helpful.

  Highly recommend Adam Dike. My husband and I had a lot to get done in such a short amount of time it almost seemed impossible, but Adam made it all happen. He was always available with any help we needed and with his amazing work, we were able to close on our brand new home in just a month! Very grateful for everything he did for my family and I.

  Jason and his team have been top notch through all three of my home financing experiences with them. In every instance, the outcome was better than what I had planned. Everyone on the team is knowledgeable, kind and expert in what they do. Hands-down this is the best place to take care of any home mortgage financing. If Jason and his team can't do it, no one can.

  If I could give zero stars I would, unfortunately we had a very poor experience working with this Branch of Fairway and with the Branch Manager, Jason Breinholt. Communication was the biggest obstacle, he never answered our calls, and failed to return messages. Emails, texts, voicemail, it didn't make a difference, nothing prompted him to respond. I once had to make 9 attempts to get information, and finally ended up emailing everyone in the branch I had contact information for in hopes that someone would respond. There were unexplained fees added on at the last minute, and Jason made the decision without consulting us to increase our loan amount by $1,000 rather than have us pay a few hundred out of pocket at closing. He didn't even make an attempt to find out our preference. He also went out of town in the middle of the loan process and didn't let us know, which I could understand not telling every client, but he also didn't set up an out of office email reply or leave any information on his voicemail saying he was out of reach and who to contact. Instead we went for more than a week trying to reach him, only to have his assistant call us back to try and help. We also had to submit the same documents multiple times because Jason failed to pass them on to this assistant, so the assistant would email us and we would forward our previous email. It was just a truly unpleasant experience, made more painful by the choices Jason made. And in the sign of a truly poor company not even a simple apology was offered, and a sincere apology goes a long with us. There are so many choices to finance your home, bypass this company and find someone who actually wants your business and communicates with you!
