  Josh and Horizon Financial have done a number of mortgage transactions for myself, my friends, co-workers, and clients. They are extremely responsive. More importantly, when another competitor had a smoking great deal, Josh told the client to take the deal - that's the kind of honesty you want from a financial advisor / mortgage company.   We looked at a few places to get our mortgage but we ended up with Josh for a few reasons and it was a very easy decision. 1) Most importantly when it comes to mortgages: He had the best numbers from the get go. He put his best foot forward and ended even better. 2) He is very upfront, respects your knowledge and your time and he lets his work do the talking. 3) Any questions you have, at pretty much any time, he'll answer or he'll get back to you ASAP.
