  All in all, I was satisfied with my service. I asked to get a new key and have my valet and an old spare key reprogrammed. The got the new key done but not the valet and spare. I couldn't wait any longer so I will get them reprogrammed when I come back for the waterpump replacement.

  They were able to get me in on a moments notice for an oil change and kept me well apprised of the time it was taking to complete the service. The entire staff is always very pleasant to talk to and deal with.

  As a single mother of two small kids, I feared shopping for a new car would be very daunting. My experience at Honda Carland was excellent. Sandy Fordham, the sales associate who took care of me, did an excellent job listening to my changing needs for a car and put me in cars that matched all the criteria I was looking for. He was easy going, knowledgeable and thorough. He helped me understand all my options. It was a pleasure working with him. Thank you, Sandy!

  Honda carland is great place to work. I love it there the managers and entire staff treated me like family. My commute was too much for me so I had to discontinue my employment. (Sorry). I highly recommend Honda carland a great place to work and do business with.

  Look for the car condition before buying. I was given the rusted model with the higher price compared to any other dealers. I have escalated the issue to manager and still working on it. Once you buy a car from here, sales executive don't even bother to look into your concerns or issues. traveled twice for the same issue that door auto lock is not working in a new car:)..... Still following up on this as I do not see any response from the sales executive. I would suggest any other dealership than Honda Carland.........I would give negative rating rather than the one I had to choose by default.... Conclusion -------------------->> Do not buy a Honda car whose quality of design has gone down drastically and do not approach Honda Carland dealer if you are decided to buy a Honda car..I would recommend Toyota for Honda, for it's better quality, features and pricing...Ultimately Toyota's good customer service and protection plans....

  David is great! I have been getting my cars serviced at Honda for 16 years. I drive 80 miles (round trip) and it is worth it. I am definitely a loyal customer for life.

  Have always been a great experience with Honda Carland. Customer focused & very relaxing when you know that you are in best of the hands. Sams Connery have been very professional & his attitude has always won me. It has always been a great source of delight dealing with him. And I see all other guys there are also second to none and very coopearative.

  I have just purchase a 45,000 Ridgeline & the tow-alignment is way off to the right & they changed the oil & left the drain plug loose. The vehicle lost close to 2 quarts of oil , I got under there & the plug was only as few turns from falling out completely. I went today to get it these items looked at mad an appt. stood in line for 30 minutes until I heard another customer complain that his vehicle was still in the parking lot after 1-1/2 hours , then he said "whats the point of scheduling an appointment?" , that's when I turned around and walked out. I haven't got time to waste like that, I haven't even spoke to a service manager yet.

  Had a great experience when I came in to find out about some cars I was interested in. The sales rep. John was very well knowledgeable about everything I had questions about and very appreciated for the help. Definitely will recommend to friends and family to come see John and everyone at Honda Carland.

  Brought my car into service for basic maintenance, we are talking oil change and tire rotation where I was charged $200 as they added "basic maintenance" to the oil/tire service at a charge of $100. No better explanation given than that. They also wanted to charge me: Replace battery from car keys $40 vs $3 at autozone Add break fluid $127 vs $2 at autozone Replace Air Filter $3. vs $15 at autozone Replace Cabin Filter $70 vs $9 at autozone Replace Coolant $140 vs $15 at autozone I realize autozone doesn't include the labor so its not a apples to apples comparison, but its important to understand all of the things listed about take maybe 5 minutes each. BUT its gets worse. What really bugs me more than any of these other things is that I had new tires put on one week prior to having my car serviced here, yet Honda marked the tires "Orange" not quite in need a replacement but on their way. That's right, brand new tires are magically half way to needing to be replaced. Which means this is the last time I will bring my car to this dealership. They obviously prey on people who, like me, just bring their car to the place they bought it and believe whatever they are told. I wont' give them a 1 star review though as they do have good service, so maybe it’s a get what you pay for place, as I really can’t complain about the work they did or how they treated me. So to be fair, the service was good. My main complaint is the overcharging they do on all the small stuff.
