  Travis Newberry and his team helped me obtain and finalize the mortgage for my first home in Marietta, GA in April 2020. I can't say enough about how great Travis and his team were throughout the entire process. They were super responsive and communicated with me every step of the way. Travis would even return emails on the weekend and late hours of the night sometimes. The team made the process a lot simpler than I expected it to be with easy checklists and frequent email and phone communications. I could tell that they were very experienced in the loan process and cared about their clients. I would highly, highly recommend Travis Newberry to anyone in need of a mortgage lender.

  Travis and his team really made the mortgage approval process painless and efficient. Travis was able to negotiate an amazing rate for our mortgage. He walked us through every step of the process and was always there whether via email or phone to answer all questions quickly.   I love working with Travis and his team. Travis helped me buy my first house over a decade ago, refinance it some years later, and then helped me to buy my second home recently. From initial engagement, he makes the application process easy and fast, explains everything from beginning to end, what to expect and when, and what we should and shouldn't panic about (and how to fix it). He had tips on credit report items, lots of information on what I should and shouldn't do financially during the process, and answered all questions in an easy to understand fashion. Rest assured, this isn't a faceless person at a bank or with a random online lender. Travis will personally show up to your closing, and check on you and your well being during the whole process, and make himself available well beyond a typical 9 to 5er. Travis treats you like family; and that's why I've been working with him for so many years. I'll never look elsewhere, and I recommend him to friends and family as well.
