      I went here too and I think the Manager was rude too. I never experienced such rudeness from a bank manager. This is the 1st bank, I banked with that the management was so cocky and rude. She seriously has me thinking if I need to do business elsewhere. She walked over and assumed before reviewing my account. Aren’t banks suppose to be kind to their customers, we are supposed to be friends not like some stranger from off the street. After all we entrust them with our finances. She make you wonder what kind of customer service training has she received😔smh. Hopefully she has changed since then.

      On 2/14/2022 I went in to conduct business. I met with "Lisa". Lisa was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Her rudeness and impolite manner drew the attention of the Bank of America Fraud department. Lisa spoke to "Fritz" of the Bank of America fraud department. She was rude and unprofessional to Fritz. Fritz personally filed an employee complaint on Lisa. He apologized for Lisa's unprofessional behavior and rudeness. He said, Lisa's behavior is not indicative of how BAC wants their customers to be treated.

      Saying sorry for lying, being unprofessional, wasting my time, damaging my wife's credit and being racist by referring us to some place "urban" as if no others exist, won't cut it. Potential customers BEWARE of this location and Viorica Galeancu, you will regret it.

      DO NOT COME HERE! Viorica “Vicky” Galeancu lied to my husband and I on several occasions, wasted a month of our time and was incapable of doing the essential functions of her position. She’s a clear representation of what this branch has to offer and trust me you want no parts of the continuous incompetence.

      This review is for Relationship Manager Liliana Garcia. The week before Christmas I walked in without an appointment but in a rush to do a same-day wire to close on our house. Ms. Garcia squeezed me into her schedule and didn't act nearly as impatient as I'm sure she was with my not well-prepared self to take care of matters. She was completely professional yet personable and helped me out when she 100% did not have to. Also, shout out to the security guard, whose name I did not catch, who asked me when I came in the nature of my business and then let Ms. Garcia know. Thanks - you made it possible :) All in all, impressed with the calibre of employee at this branch.

      We went to this location to try to have a cashier check from our account, there was a Asian Lady worked there as teller to helped us. She gave us a very difficult time and refused to issue the cashier check. we had already provided all the info verified the Driver license. We had done this many times before from another location never had any problems .We told her that we needed to go to different Location since she couldn’t help us. At the same time she told me she is going to call police on us because we’ve talking too loud to her, That was Strange! we had never forced her to issue the cashier check, when we spoke to her she said many times she couldn’t hear us ( she has thick long black hair straight down to full cover both her ears). so we had to speak up more. She’s looking to a fight! We have been have the cashier check all the time from local bank if verified the Driver license Never has issues. Bank with Bank of America more than 30 yrs, this is the first time I had issue. Very Rough, Not professional ,Terrible Service, We will never come back here.

      Customer service not so great.... very slow...I can’t believe there is only one live teller in the lobby.. . I came to just make deposit for one of my family. I already have account number and check ready. Been waiting so long and then woman take me to ATM machine with live person. I told her I’m not interested in that and now I’m back again to beginning of line . I have to wait again. ... there should be at least two live person in lobby so people feel comfortable and have option of choosing what they want... my deposit transaction literally took 2 min. But actually waiting took 20 min or so..

      There's obviously something wrong here. This branch is not run properly. The wait times for teller service to make a deposit or pay a bill are far, far too long. Although this has been brought to management's attention, they have, thus far at least, failed to improve customer service. This angers people waiting who I have seen become belligerent. I would expect more from Bank of America, and I don't believe that every branch is similarly run. In short, go to another branch if you can, or be prepared to wait!!!
