  We would like to acknowledge the exceptional service that we received during the entire purchasing and refinancing process with Karim Smail at Homex Financial and his assistance, Laura Cline. After over a week of our offer being accepted and 30 days contract to close, we realized we have to find a new loan officer to work with. I came across Karim’s ad online and contacted him just for a quote. Honestly, I was really skeptical from the beginning mainly because I found him online and I wasn’t sure if it was a scam.   Best refinancing experience ever. Not only that everything went smoothly, on time and exactly as explained at the get go, Karim also helped me understand few things that in earlier rounds, with other lenders, somehow remained less clear. Karim will be the first lender i will call next time i'm refinancing.

  I have come across Karim’s company about 8 years ago thru Zillow while browsing for the best mortgage interest rate.
