Mary found a great loan program that got me a much lower rate and great lender credits which reduced the cost of my refinance.   Mary Fisher handled our refi. There were a few extra "To-Do's" than normal due to logistical issues. Mary had everything handled like the professional she is. I personally do not enjoy the process in the least bit. Mary held the course steady and got us through with impressive ease. Mary streamline the process which was important to us. She saved us almost $400 per month and got a high interest credit card eliminated as well to free up so much money a month that we'll pay our house off years before the loan timeframe expectation.
