  Chebel is the best loan officer ever. I worked with many loan officers when I was a Real Estate agent and Chebel was by far the best. He has done many loans for me and my family and I wouldn't have it any other way, Most honest, nice loan person I know.   I was introduced to Chebel through my sister who had just completed a refinance with him. Chebel is also a friend and a trusted colleague of my cousin. My sister told me I have nothing to lose. Having been a Mortgage Consultant for 7 years and having tried several times to refinance without success due to a high debit ratio, I was a little reluctant. I met Chebel, we went over the numbers and he was able to work his magic and get me out of an investor loan at 4% to a conventional loan at 2.75%. He kept in touch with updates as necessary.   Chebel is exceptional in every way. We worked with him back in 2009 to purchase our first home which required an FHA loan in a highly accelerated timeline. Not only was he able to meet the deadline to close, he guided us through every step of the process with an great deal of care.   I was referred to Chebel Mina at Broadview Mortgage by my real estate agent, and he made my first time home buying experience extremely smooth and pleasant. Chebel kept me informed the whole time about what was happening, why certain documents were needed, and what our next steps were going to be.
