  Chelsea Dawson and her team from Home Trust assisted me in a purchase where I believe we could not salvage the contract. I had a very different experience with the lender before Chelsea which is why I made the switch :) They were very organized in their approach and very responsive to any questions I may have. Even Title mentioned to me that they were one of the best lenders they have ever worked with. If you are purchasing a home (Especially first time home buyers) you would be a fool if you didn't choose Chelsea Dawson and her team :)

  I recently purchased my first home. The process, at first, appeared daunting. Fortunately, Holly Whitney and her assistant Kelly knew how to walk me through the process while also promptly answering the 1,987,456,900 questions I had along the way. Ok, maybe that number is a bit dramatic but you get the point. The vast majority of the texts I sent Holly and Kelly were answered in minutes. Anytime anything became complicated, they spoke to me on the phone and helped me understand whatever I was confused about at the time. On top of the great service they provide, Holly and Kelly were very friendly and fun. I would recommend them to anyone. They get all the stars from me!

  Mr. Marshall was incredible! I could not have had a better experience as a first time home buyer who needed to be quickly educated on purchasing a home. I hate to be cheesy, but they actually made me feel as if a friend was walking me through the process. Everyone involved was beyond helpful, professional and accommodating! I’d recommend them to family!

  I was already pre-approved with another lender before officially having a realtor to help me. I was trying to make sure I qualified before I took the leap of the house search. After discussing with my realtor that I didn't feel comfortable with the lender. My realtor referred me to Connie and I felt immediately felt at ease after speaking with her. Connie made my first time home-buyer experience so much easier than I could have ever imagined! She was very knowledgeable and prompt to respond any questions or concerns I had.   I applied with Connie at Hometrust after cancelling my application with another company. Not only was she able to close on my home within weeks but she was there to answer any questions I had along the way. Being a first time home buyer and not knowing a lot about the process is scary but she was so understanding. The customer service I received was above and beyond what I expected and for that I am so thankful.
