  Great experience. Easy straight forward process, great communication, great rate, great service. Would recommend to anyone looking to obtain a mortgage loan. Our loan officer Debbie worked hard to get us closed on time, despite challenges and delays due to the great Texas ice storm of 2021.

  Bob was great to work with! He was fully informed and always up to date on the most current market details (I mean like hour-by-hour changes in markets even!). He is good at explaining complex details in an easy-to-understand manner, which gave us full confidence in making the final decisions. He laid out all the options for us and gave all the advice we wanted on each, yet allowed us as the clients to make the final decisions without any pressure. The process was very simple and seamless all the way through closing.

  I have reviewed several loan companies and Bob was recommend by my realtor. Bob is a very friendly and patient person. He definitely shows this with his character and personality. Being self employed, it was first time learning experience for me. His Communication were very important for me to keep me in the loop and making sure I meet the loan expectations or requests. I would highly recommend Bob. He went beyond and provided excellent customer service. It was pleasure working with him.

  Paula Griffin surpassed every expectation I had as a first time home owner. Showed more care and attention that I feel like my personal bank, another lending agency, etc. could. A genuine, honest, and caring woman who not only goes out of her way to make things as simple as possible for you, but also, will walk you through and explain every step in detailed (understanding ways) as a first time homeowner, she was my teammate, working hair tail off with my time-line. I can't recommend enough.

  Everybody in the office was great! Jennifer was so helpful thru the processes. Dennis was great at breaking down on what is needed to get the loan and the different kind of option that were out there for my husband and I. Matt was very professional during the closing date. Dennis has a really good team not only in the office but as well as the realtor he recommended us to. Shana went up and beyond for us. Didn't matter if we saw 10 houses or 1 her attitude towards us was always positive.

  From start to finish, the mortgage process was simple and personal. My calls and emails were all answered in timely manners. This level of service is miles ahead of any past experiences I have received in the past (both of which were with big banks). I appreciate Connie making sure all of our needs were met and giving us an easy to digest explanation of each step.
