  I went to the 1960 branch on Dinero Drive in Atascocita. Savannah was by herself and was expertly handling multiple customers with complex requests. She never missed a beat and was courteous and professional. Kept her cool and smiled throughout the entire time. Kudos to her!!!

  I am so glad I became a member! The entire team at this Atascocita location are a delight! Anytime I have an issue the branch manager literally goes above and beyond to ensure it is fixed. Savannah is the sweetest teller I ever encountered! I was a chase member but because of the lack of communication at such a large bank, I felt as if I was just another customer there and that’s it. Here, the conversations are there, they actually care. Chose this CU as your primary bank, you won’t be disappointed

  Vanessa Moore the Branch Manager is the best I have ever encountered!!! I am not one for leaving reviews especially in this climate, however, I hope every person reads this because she deserves this 5 Star Rating!!! I will never use another bank for my personal or business needs……

  I am highly disappointed as a new member. They have been holding my deposit now for a week. I had to physically go into this location for them to finally release some funds because their phone service is not helpful. Today was the day my deposit was suppose to be released. I pay a bill and I am charged the $30 insufficient fund fee even though the money is in the account.

  Said they called me and left a voice mail no one called me they lied . I was also on hold for about 15 minutes and I got hung up on twice they need better customer service . They did the same thing last time I applied for a loan seems like you have to jump through hoops to get some assistance

  Scott Slattery is a terrible Leader. His branch managers are poorly trained and spread misinformation due to lack of training. They have inconvenienced me enough. I will be refinancing both my trucks away from this institution. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!! SCAM ARTISTS
