  Wen used Firehouse mortgage twice already and Sean helped us both times throughout the process! The first time we used him was to refinance our beach house and this second time we used him to purchase our new family home. Sean made the process so easy and painless and he was looking out for our best interests the whole time. I wouldn't recommend any other mortgage lender!   Highly Recommend! Sean is THE broker to have on your team or to handle a one-off mortgage. He literally handled a cash-out refinance on a rental property and VA loan for a new primary residence at the same time. I had plenty of curveballs to throw his way with different income streams and accounts and he had the answers.. but better yet, if he didn't have the answer, he didn't pretend to. He did the research, consulted his team, and came to me with solutions. I personally had a tough time keeping up with which documents, quotes, etc. were for each loan, yet he juggled it with no problem - all while handling other clients (a busy broker is a good broker - that's the one you want - and still he was always available). If I could have documented the process for this review, I would've.. because it's the only way to appreciate why 5 stars isn't enough.

  I'm a REALTOR and I've used Sean Strasner with Firehouse Mortgage several times. He is very professional, responsive and knowledgable. He does a very good job of keeping all parties informed and updated. He has been able to close all of our transactions early and smoothly and in some cases, in just a few weeks.   I refinanced with Sean Strasner at the beginning the year and went from a 4.75% to a 2.25% and best of all, we closed in 11 days! COMMUNICATION is unparalleled with Sean at Firehouse Mortgage.   I was working with another mortgage lender and was not satisfied with the service that I was receiving. I contacted Sean Strasner and explained my situation. He got involved that same day. He walked me through every step and was in constant contact with my realtor to be sure that the closing was going to proceed as scheduled. I am relocating from Pennsylvania and the sellers were going to be traveling throughout the country for 5-6 weeks. This impossible situation was made possible by Sean. I can’t thank him enough.
