  They did not give me a loan to take a WELL DESERVED vacation to Aruba when I CLEARLY qualify for it. My credit score is only a measley 800!! They don't treat me with the respect that I DESERVE as a resident of Seattle for over 37 years and an active participant in my local Neighborhood Watch program. I'd suggest going to the local Key Bank or Wells Fargo if they didn't just laugh me out the building as well. None of the banks in this area are reputable and none of them have earned my respect.

  Asha was so amazing in helping me my loan needs. I don't know what the other reviews are talking about, if you need help with ANYTHING, Asha is the one to speak to. She's very professional, and knowledgeable about the banks inner workings. I would definitely recommend this branch to anyone!

  Great service at this branch. I needed a medallion signature guarantee. The branch manager, Asha, was not able to provide it. So, she searched for the nearest branch that could provide one. She made sure I knew how to get there and then she called me later to make sure I found the branch. Wow, that is amazing service. I was impressed and that is what makes Homestreet Bank so different from all its competitors.

  I had such a positive experience opening an account at this branch. Asha the branch manager was very responsive to my initial inquiry, and she and Samantha were very kind and helpful in setting up my account. COVID precautions were taken well and there were no other customers present when I was there for my appointment. Highly recommend.

  Homestreet has been awesome to me! I don’t like keeping money sitting in the bank but they had a great CD rate I wanted to try out. Emily Mcmillan was super respectful and professional in helping me find what I needed and help me understand all the benefits of banking with them. She helped me choose which path I wanted to take and gave me all the things I needed to bring in all in one turn so I didn’t have to go back and forth providing more and more documents and such. From the moment i first inquired with her, it was an extremely quick and easy process! The location is a little out of the way for me but the awesome team at this branch makes it worth it. I can definitely see continued business with them in the future especially if they continue with such competitive rates!

  Emily, Asha, and the rest of the staff are extremely friendly and customer oriented. They helped me with my PPP loan before I had an account there. I have since transferred my most important bank accounts there

  I went in to buy some coins. I don't have an account with them so I don't count! Homestrreet... sounds like a nice name full of community spirit!
