  I could not have been happier with the service Craig and his team provided for my family. We wanted to refinance our home to secure a better interest rate and more importantly to us, stop paying mortgage insurance. My first meeting with Craig was fantastic. We discussed our goals for the refinance and he did a great job of helping us through the numbers to decide that now was a good time based on the market and our current financial situation. From the moment we decided to start the process we were impressed by just how quickly Craig and his team made things happen. We did our part in collecting the needed paperwork as quickly as possible, but they also made sure to get that paperwork processed as soon as it was available to them. And when more paperwork was needed, Craig's team let us know immediately so we could keep the process rolling. The whole process from application to close, including an appraisal, took less than a month. This was our first time refinancing a home, so at times we felt a little out of our depth. But Craig and his team were happy to answer any questions we had and were very responsive to do so. We communicated mostly by email and any question we asked was answered that same day or early the next. As the process moved along, we were always happy that Craig's dollar estimates were very accurate compared to what the actual numbers ended at. We never felt caught off guard by any surprises. Craig also made sure to keep our out of pocket expenses to a minimum. In the end, we got the loan we wanted much faster than we expected. Craig and his team were never anything but helpful, knowledgeable, expeditious, and courteous. After our experience, I would certainly recommend Craig to anyone looking for a home loan.

  Craig and his team were great during the my first home-buying process! He was able to quickly file my application for pre-approval prior to searching for my home. Once I found my home, he and his team worked efficiently to ensure that my finances were in order and my mortgage was approved with ease. Craig was easily available to answer any questions I had and worked hard to complete my mortgage process for a quick 3 week close.   I have worked with Craig in the past and highly recommend him for anyone who is looking to purchase or refinance a home, condo or multi-family property with four units or less. He and is team are very good at what they do. The most important part of the process is communication. Craig and his team are excellent communicators. They map out a clear path and provide updates along the way to all involved so that you always know where things are at. Most important is that I trust him, he is very honest and always lets me know what is and is not possible with a client.

  Craig helped us with our mortgage in 2012, and he was great to work with. Our situation had some interesting issues that came up, and he was able to walk us through them, and work with the agents to keep things moving. While our closing ended up being delayed (due to some late seller disclosures), everything went as well as could be expected!
