      Came here for getting a cashier's check which I've done in the past and the teller did not know anything since she was new. It is okay but I'd expect someone walk her through this as she's playing with big amount of money. I wouldn't trust this branch to do important transactions!!!!!!! (Friendly advice for Josh, please train the new employees before putting them behind counter! This is not Macy's)

      Fast, friendly, effective staff. I choose to drive out of my way to avoid the northgate branch. Its like these people are just operating on a higher level. I value my time and so do they.

      Waited over 10 minutes with no one in line in front of me at all. I just had to get $40 in quarters just to have the lady who was working alone while also helping someone in their car so she was going back and fourth, tell me they can only do $10 for non-businesses because of covid. Yet I’ve got to several grocery stores and have not had an issue doing this over the past few months. This was a disappointing endeavor and I wouldn’t recommend this place, not even for a simple thing like making change.

      Started using this branch about 6 months ago. The lines are never long, and everyone always seems to be in a good mood. The parking lot is also easy to manuever and I haven't had any problems with deposits or otherwise. All-in-All - always a good experience. I would reccommend using this branch.

      As a Wedgwood resident who comes to shop in the Roosevelt Neighborhood, I use U.S. Bank for my personal checking, savings, and two credit cards. I like their no annual fee Cash Plus credit card because I can choose two categories like cell phones or home utilities to earn 5% cash back on my purchases in those categories. When I redeem points on their Flex Perks card, I don't get charged airport or airline fees. You can also use points to pay for the annual fee. I can find a branch in most neighborhoods and cities. Unfortunately, I can't recommend U.S. Bank to my QuickBooks customers that I set up, fix, clean up, train, and provide the software for a discount because unlike other banks, you can't download their transactions directly into QuickBooks desktop Pro or Premier like Chase, Bank of America, BECU, and other financial institutions at no charge. What's so difficult about enabling that?

      Easy to find, friendly and helpful teller (I forgot to check for his name and do not see it on the deposit receipt, but I was here at 5:38 p.m. on June 22, 2017, and the gentleman who completed my transaction was wonderful).
