  Cannot say enough good things about Jimmy. As first time homebuyers he made our process very stress free and enjoyable. Every aspect was explained in detail and he definitely made sure we were confident in all financial decisions, since it is such a big commitment! He explained all the different options available to us, got us an amazing interest rate, and gave extremely helpful advise when we asked for his professional and personal opinions. He was also ready to answer any questions we had whether it be through text, emails, or calls, at all house of the day. I will definitely be using Jimmy for our next home buying experience and have already recommended him to multiple people!

  We are now 4 months in our new house and we are loving it. Jimmy did an excellence job with our mortgage needs. Our situation required a little extra work and time.   Jimmy was my first phone call when I decided to buy a house. I picked him because of his reviews. He answered all my questions and recommended a realtor. Then the pandemic hit. Both Jimmy and my realtor Candice were able to come up with creative solutions to the issues that came up. They did all the hard work and I really appreciate it. Now I live in my new home. If you want to buy a house Jimmy should be your first phone call.

  Not sure how he has so many good reviews. Reached out to Jimmy after finding him on google and asked if he would help my husband and I with buying our first house. I wasn’t sure if my husbands credit was up to par and needed some guidance. He said he could help out and asked if I wanted to set up a quick phone call to discuss and I said that would be great. Never heard back from him. Turns out, my husbands credit is where it needs to be and we were approved through another lender! Very excited first time home buyers over here, but not thanks to Jimmy.

  Jimmy is the very best. As a first time homeowner I was given his name. I considered shopping around until he made me feel like family. Jimmy literally took my calls at all hours of the day/night and walked me through every question and concern I had. All while his family just welcomed a new baby. So when it came time to sell the very first person I thought to send my buyers to was Jimmy. 10 years later he remembered my family and was incrediable in helping my buyers get a mortgage that for their needs.   Jimmy Sgambelluri provided us with the best experience through the whole process of buying our home. He is professional, knowledgeable, excellent to deal with and always available for every question that we had. (We had many as first time buyers!!) I never had a question that he couldn't answer straight away! He even helped pair us with an excellent real estate agent, at our request, when we didn't have one. We even closed on time!
