  Kim made the process super smooth. She is quick and her team is very attentive. Most banks and mortgage companies take 3 to 5 business days to obtain pre-approval, but Kim's team had it for us in less than 24 hours. A must in this market. Thank you for the fantastic service.

  Within 20 minutes of asking for a pre-approval, Kim had us approved and ready to make an offer on the home we wanted. She continued to guide us through the process and had other needed entities reach out to us and assist. Kim kept us informed and updated every step of the way.
