James Zeris1Teller manager Joan was unprofessional in handling customer complaint. Wells Fargo deposited a check in the wrong account and She wouldn’t let me speak and continually cut me off. I even asked her “can I please finish speaking” and she said “no” ....I will reach out to whoever necessary to address the attitude issue with the manager there.

Joshua Husak1Poor management and incompetence. Our Mortgage Consultant lied about Wells Fargo paying a supplemental tax bill from escrow. I have just received a new statement with a penalty and interest charge. I have received no return phone call or email from our mortgage consultant or the Wells Fargo branch after leaving messages. Wish I would have went with TowneBank for my mortgage loan. Maybe it's time to look into refinancing with them...

Ziya Mohammed2Came to know that the bank works only on an appointment basis even if you try to create an account over here. You should learn from other branches where they help their customers in creating bank accounts since that's the basics of the banking system. I don't recommend this branch.

Saranwal sahak1I had appointment 4:00 pm I went there 3:50 pm and told them I have 4:00 pm appointment , a man told me ok but no one show up till 4:20 pm that’s why I left the branch.

Cassandra Trissler5Had a great experience here opening an account. I'm moving across the country and needed a new bank that would be in my new area. I set up an appointment but the original banker handling me ran over time with her previous customer. The staff was accommodating and fit me in with someone else pretty quickly. My personal banker, Emma Chinen, was the absolute best to work with! She was friendly, courteous and professional and went above and beyond to help with all the questions I had. I also needed to apply for a new credit card, ask about balance transfers and cash some bonds, all of which she swiftly helped me with. Definitely recommend her.

Jesse Robertson1Boundless incompetence pretty much sums it up. I was a teller at another bank so I know that when cashing a savings bonds you need to confirm the customer's tax ID number. The teller didn't and now I'm stuck with a tax document reporting interest in the name of the bond purchaser rather than the bond owner. A mistake but not the end of the world. My real disgust came when I asked them to address the situation. All they could do is direct me to the Treasury website. They also refused to give me a letter acknowledging the situation when I requested one. I'm sorry I ever chose to do business with this institution. I certainly won't make that mistake again.

Khrys1Business hours said 9am -5pm and the doors was closed and the employees saw me and didn't say nothing but look at me and rolled they eyes. The lady in drive thru was nice. Poor customer service from the tellers inside. Then I went in the drive thru and they tried to keep my card until I said something.

Phyllis Jean1FOR MY FRIEND,TRACY....WHO HAD A HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE AT WELLS FARGO I DON'T WANT TO GIVE EVEN ONE ☆ BUT IN ORDER TO COMMENT,YOU HAVE TO. YOU DON'T DESERVE A STAR I don't like to write alot of complaints but sometimes Facebook is an oppurtunity to vent. I just went to Wells Fargo which is my bank to cash a check from my boss who is also a Wells Fargo account holder and I was asked to show a second form of identification to cash my check. That's one of the reasons why I open an account with them so that I would be able to cash my checks without a bunch of crap. They also will not cash and deposit my check in the same transaction. I have to cash my check drive around the building give back in line and then deposit money out of my check. It just seems to me that they go out of their way to make things more difficult. Life is already hard come on Wells Fargo make it a little easier on us.

Kevin Elder1Charges $7.50 to cash a Wells Fargo check if you don't have an account with the bank. Non-customer fee....more appropriate to be honest and say,the bank is attempting to recoup their losses from lawsuits.

Donell Moët1The employee name Emma C., is very rude. She sat there and had an whole conversation talking about her personal business to another customer and I say there for about a good 30 minutes until she eventually called me over, she was very nasty and ugly towards me, she did not tell me all the vital information I needed to know. This employee needs to be fired from this profession as it is not the right one for her, she has very poor customer service skills.
