  Anica at HomeLend is the best!!! We have refinanced with her help two times now. She is honest, straight forward and above all very, very helpful. I have recommended her to friends and family. You won't be able to find a person to help you. The process with HomeLend was easy, and they kept us informed on what was needed throughout the refi.

  Mark Amelio and Homelend did a great job!!! Mark did exactly what he said he was going to do, even going above and beyond with some help. He was responsive and got me closed a few days early. For a banker, doing what you say and being on time/early is pretty much the ballgame, I couldn’t recommend him and Homelend more! Thanks again Mark if you read this.

  I worked with Lube (Lu) Aleksoski and his team, who provided excellent customer service and a fantastic rate. I refinanced with Lu previously and both experiences were top notch. Great communication, speedy, easy to work with -- He is my go-to-guy for my mortgage needs!

  We got our refinance done. Chris and Jamie are really nice. They answered any questions, concerns and in the pandemic we didn’t have to travel anywhere to do the closing. They made the process smooth and easy to happen.

  I was very skeptical about using an out of state mortgage company but Anica did not disappoint. She was extremely patient with me throughout the process giving me rate sheets on a daily basis without ever making me feel like I was overworking her or asking for things too often. Working together we locked on the perfect day with it being the lowest day for rates in the last 3 months. Once the rate was locked, the loan was processed as fast as I could upload documents and we even closed early. Their rates and fees were amazing, and I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a mortgage.

  We just got our 15 year fixed refi done through HomeLend Mortgage with Lu Aleksoski. He was very professional and prompt in his responses. Although the entire loan process took almost a month (28 days) to close (we had done refi in the past with different lenders and some took only 15 days), the process was painless. We were very happy with the low rate we got. It was the lowest rate compared to other lenders. Strongly recommend this lender and Lu to our friends and family!

  We refinanced during 2020 Pandemic to take advantage of low interest rates. The loan was processed and closed on schedule. All of the paper work was accurate. The locked in interest rate was achieved. Cash out funds were received within 5 days of signing. This was our best experience with refinancing. Anica Thompson, the Loan Officer was outstanding. She was responsive, effective and friendly.
