  I had to make an international wire transfer and was helped by Laura Petrou. She was very polite and did the transfer professionally. I was very happy the way she handled the job. While doing the transfer she also gave a lot of very useful advises on how to increase my cash back deals and better use my accounts. I’m very thankful to her and appreciated her help a lot.

  Terrible branch, will never go back. A supervisor refused to deposit a check signed by my wife and I. Accused me of "trying the same thing" a few weeks prior. I have not even stepped foot in this branch in months! Called BOA main number, they said this was not true, both parties of a signed check do NOT need to be present while depositing, they apologized and recommending using the ATM next time. During a prior visit last summer staff there again wasted time begging me to come sit with them to look over my loans and investments, trying to sell me other services like fast talking street venders.

  Had to wait for a very long time just to cash a check. Once I got to the teller she told me she couldn’t cash a payroll check it could only be deposited. This is not true by any means. I went to a different location and they did it for me with no problem.

  Someone made a fraudulent charge on my handicapped brothers trust account. The bank has all the documentation and has NOT refunded the money for three months. If you want a secure bank that protects you from fraudulent transactions, I recommend finding a different bank. Cap one is prettt good. SHOULD BE ZERO STARS.

  Terrible service!!! Waited over 30 minutes to cash a check and then they told me I had to keep waiting for the manager to be done with someone else, after the same manager has already told the teller it was okay to cash the check. I understand they have to check when its large amounts but that was ridiculous!! Also only one teller working the day before a holiday?!

  no lockers, (I specifically opened an account online for this ,thought this is a standard service and new building) ....and atm machine doesn't read my chip card (have to put the card in twice) really annoying every single time....and it's open only till 4? Really regret switching banks, only did it cuz my house is a 1 min walk from here....Chase is better in every way, trust me

  the teller questions me!, im withdrawing a large amount of money from my account to pay my contractor and besides if i have the ID and show proof of everything she has no right to ask, did you withdraw a while ago.. why do you care? its my money and i showed proof off identification. Old lady teller.

  The woman who helped me at this branch was extremely slow and wasn't really very helpful. I didn't know that I was not allowed to open an account with this bank, but she went ahead and opened it anyway. About 2 days later when I went to try and use my debit card, it wouldn't work and I was basically stuck with no account with Bank of America. I will not go to this branch again.

  Uninformed and rude staff who do not know the basics of customer service or bank policies. Better off avoiding unless you just want to use only the ATM.

  They are so rude and uninformed. They have no idea what they are doing at this bank. Montville branch is so much better. Very nice and helpful.
