Boob Dillan1Tried to refi my OWN HOUSE at a good rate, wouldn’t extend my application even after i was sold a 25K HELOC to pay for home repairs to complete the refinance with that attitude of certainty. Now rates are higher than my original mortgage and the HELOC will hit over crazy interest! Was not prepared for this, now having to sell my house even after paying back most of the HELOC. Loan officer chose GREED when there are no penalties for extending a loan. No thanks.
