  This credit union is the only "bank" I've ever liked. Always treated me well, protected my accounts, and helped me get my dream house (thank you Rhonda and the mortgage team!). I hope to be their customer for as long as I live.

  I have banked with organizations and this credit union is by far the best experience I have had. I have been banking with them for 30+ years and even today in this fast and friendless world they still treat you like a member not a number. I appreciate the good service and the efficiency with which my financial needs are met.

  Will not take loose change. I was told 7 dollars in change was to much to handle and i would need to use their coin machine which charged 3%. (6 dollars of which was in quarters). Also their loan intrest rate are higher than anyone else. I have good credit and have never missed a payment. They are not willing to work for business. These are some of the reasons i do not do more business with them. I have loans and a business account with another bank. If they were more willing to work with me and have better customer service i would do most or more of my business with them.

  I was having difficulty thru another app and even tho there was nothing wrong on the banks end they went out of their way to help me figure out what the problem might have been and with that I was able to figure out the problem and get the money. I’m very thankful to have a bank that cares so much about their people. Thank you for all the help.

  I had an emergency situation and I didn't think I'd be able to get it fixed in time. Beau Bayliss, MGR was able to help me out in less than 10 minutes total. Excellent and friendly staff!
