  I got both my engagement ring and my wedding band here! They got both rings back very quickly when I needed them sized and fit my budget. Staff is super helpful and friendly! Definitely recommend!

  Hands down the only shop I come to and have been for over 20 years. I even drive across the state of Nevada just to use this shop when I moved. Highly recommend for their customer service!

  Buy a lot of stuff here. Great values. They take amazing care of me. David Nick Karen are all absolutely amazing to deal with. It's like a treasure hunt every time I go there. Check it out you won't be disappointed

  What a great group of people at Metropawn! Always a welcoming voice as soon as you walk though the doors. Very helpful staff and I find myself browsing at the quality items for sale. I always leave with something in my hands!

  These people lowball for loans in the worst way. $50 for a brand new 1TB PS4. That figure is insulting. The price of that console is between 250 and 300 depending on the bundle you get. Took it to another pawn shop they gave me $130. Lowballers won't be getting my business. Update: I was contacted after I posted this as the manager wanted to discuss this. After 5 attempts at contacting them and failing, leaving 3 messages and never getting a response I feel like I should post the other issue that I left out because I was actually being nice. When I went in to get lowballed I explained I needed at least 100 dollars to pick up a prescription and I needed this before payday which was three days away. I explained that I would be coming back for this PlayStation 4. The girl at the counter told me it was 50 because everybody else said they came back for their stuff too but that's why they had all their merchandise. It's great to know how little faith they have in their customers. For the record three days later I went down to the pawn shop I did Pawn this at and got my PS4 back. Just like I said I would. Again don't deal with these low ballers who don't know how to handle customers. There are way better places out there.

  Have been dealing with Metro Pawn locations for over 20 years the Virginia location does a fantastic job taking care of the customers. Quality products, great prices and a friendly Manager David and equally friendly staff.

  Very unfriendly rip offs. Treat customers like they are thieves. Finance charge is twice what other pawn shops charge. Lowest dollar given on loans I've ever seen. This place thrives on kicking people while they are down. Metro pawn south virginia.

  I work at a locally owned business that is based around video games, now with that said i still look for cheap games so the first thing i did was go and look at the games. As soon as I walked up to them the clerk noticed me for working at a game store and made it his personal duty to note that he knew where i worked and that everything is cheaper then the business i work at. I felt insulted that he said this, not only to my face but in front of my wife! So to humor him i checked one of there Xbox 360 S systems that they have in store and the Microsoft tamper sticker was removed which means if there is any major problem they will not accept it in the factory to repair it! Bad quality control, no honesty, and downright rude, especially to a person that works at a locally owned business for over 5 Years! customer service is a necessity for repeat customers and they didn't have any of that here! I personally would go buy at Game Stop before them and i hate that corporation!
