  This bank and branch is exactly what America needs. They care about each and every customer. They go above and beyond to assist you, each and every time. The employees are friendly and pleasant to deal with. Each and every year they have have a calendar they hand out with some great recipes. With all of these huge banks popping up everywhere its nice to have a bank that still cares about its customers. Highly recommend for all of your banking needs.

  My parents opened my first savings account at Home Federal when I was a young child. Since then, I have done a great deal of business with the Sevierville location. I have never been disappointed with their services. From the tellers, the president, to the loan department, I have always been treated with utmost respect and care. They go above and beyond what is expected from each position they hold, and always with a smile. The employees at Sevierville are not only dear friends, but practically family. They actually put the "Home" in Home Federal!

  We have banked at Home Federal for many years. We have always been pleased with the service we have received. The tellers are friendly nd efficient. Jennifer, the Vice President/Regional Manager, is exceptional. She is very knowledgeable, and she is communicates in a timely manner.

  Home Federal Bank in Sevierville Tennessee has been here for me when I needed them most. Everyone I have dealt with has been extremely nice, kind, and helpful . Especially Rachel ( Sevierville branch) , and Travis (main branch).

  The people at this branch of Sevierville is rude and racist especially one of the managers. I've lived in Sevierville TN my whole life and I went in there with an older person that I take care of, and this lady in there was extremely rude to me, and without any proof whatsoever, she assumed that I was stealing from this older person that I'm living with, just because he forgets things SOMETIMES and he doesn't remember what or where he puts his money. I am very disappointed of this person at this bank that accused me for no reason and I feel insulted. She does not know me to talk to me the way she did. I heard good things about this bank before and wanted to open an account with them but after this incident that will never happen. I can't put less than 1 star because it doesn't let me but even one is too much.
