  Switch It was fast and efficient on my new title exchange. They sent regular e-mail updates so I always new the progress. Alan the manager and the entire staff there are amazing. After the title work was complete it was realized the old owner needed to do some paperwork to allow me to use a already booked week. He took care of this so fast it was done before I checked my email next. Lol I cant thank him and Diane there enough for their fast service along with updates during the process. I highly recommend them. 10 stars but the Google star rating only goes up to 5. Lol Great job guys n again I can't thank you all enough. Now I can't wait to go to!!

  I would like to thank Alan and the whole staff at Switch It for getting me out of 3 timeshare properties. At times it didn't always go as Alan thought it may,A buyer backing out, (No fault of Alan's) but with patience it all eventually worked out. Alan even talked one of the resorts into a deal that saved me $1000.00 on transfer fees which he didn't have to do and I greatly appreciate. I know every case is different but my experience with Switch It was AAA+++ 5 Stars!!!! With so many scams out there I am certainly glad that I was referred to Switch It, Jeff Shiflett

  At first, owning a timeshare felt like a great idea for our family vacations. My husband lost his job and the timeshare was costing more than we could afford. If you have ever tried to get out of a TS contract you know how difficult and costly it is. Not if you get Switch It Title Exchange! We now have no financial burden for something we can’t afford right now. Thank guys for all you have done for our family.

  I have several teams that work across the country to help people out of their Timeshares. Dealing with Transfer companies is not an easy process. Well, now I stand corrected. Switch It Title Exchange has changed my opinion on Transfer companies. A great experience and I look forward to our continued business.

  Not sure why I have not received a call back or even a written response in several months. The last correspondence we have heard from you guys was that we needed to pay $600 to submit new paperwork. We asked for copies and your company refused. I'll be contacting the FTC, because the business practices shown by you guys is very poor and seem unethical/illegal. We have also sent a letter to the resort that referred you guys due to the way we were treated and now we are stuck with two timeshares that we don't need due to nothing being done on your end.

  One phone call is usually all you get with Title Exchange companies. The first call to get your business then you never hear from them again. I was expecting the same thing when I called Tyler and his team at Switch It Title Exchange, but they surprised the hell out of me! They called back, they followed up and completed the transfer just as requested. Way to go you guys!

  Bad experience. I had 3 time shares and they did not provide advice. I was having to call all the time. They were not able to finish transferring 2 of my time shares before I was stuck paying another year of maintenance fees. Signed in April 2018 and they waited till February to sell my property for $1. Now I have to pay Maintenance fees for 2019.
