  I love my bank! I have been banking with Home Federal for many years and have several accounts there. The Halls Branch is amazing! They are always willing to help me no matter what the situation. The ladies there are the friendliest around!

  Better not wear a hat in this place. Erika will tell you to be sure to read the sign at the front door, and, it will be in a condescending way. Most people use common sense when customers are DEPOSITING money. I guess we are all criminals.

  Everytime I go to this bank even when they are not busy they are so slow. There's been times I've waited 2 cars infront of me for 30 minutes. When you look over in the window the girls are just sitting there talking to each other and laughing and joking around instead of taking care of customers.

  I love this bank! When I moved here a couple of years ago I signed up with a credit union from recommendations from friends. The credit union is okay, but it is limited in a lot of ways. I get checks from out of the country (U.S. funds though) and the credit union would take WEEKS to clear them. At Home Federal, they're cleared within a couple of days, immediately if I have the funds in my account to cover them. Also, everyone at this bank is friendly. They remember when I come in, which might only be once every 2-3 months. My only complaint is they definitely have banker's hours and aren't open on the weekends.

  I can't believe anyone would give this bank anything less than a FIVE star rating!!!! Everyone is very pleasant and very helpful.
