      The card services department is extremely rude. Over the weekend my debit card number was stolen, and on Monday used to pay someone's electric bill. When I noticed the fraudulent charge I contacted Enrichment to let them know. The card department was not at all empathetic or helpful. By the time I was finished dealing with the card department I had been treated extremely poorly, and had them accuse me of lying about the fraudulent charge. By the way this was the first time I have ever claimed a fraudulent charge in the entire time I have been banking with Enrichment. The head of the card department even told me that they would pay to overnight the card, but she was going to investigate my claim, and if it came back that I was lying she was going to charge me to cost FedEx me the card. I no longer live in the Knoxville area and never felt concerned about banking issues because I trusted Enrichment, as I have been banking there for 10 years. Yesterday, I was treated like a liar, a criminal, and an inconvenience by EVERYONE in the card department. This has left an extremely sour taste in my mouth, and I will definitely be closing my accounts with them as soon as I can.

      Friendly staff every time I go inside or through the drive thru. Have yet to have a bad experience. Staff is very eager to help with any problems. Switched over to Enrichment from another credit union and have not regretted the switch whatsoever! Definitely would recommend going to this location and finding out for yourself.

      The hours are so convenient! They are open late on Thurs and Fridays, and open on Saturdays too! Besides this, their online banking setup couldn't be easier to use! And with rates like theirs, why wouldn't anyone become a member?

      I've banked with Enrichment for 4 years and my biggest retreat is not closing my account sooner. Very rude people in card services.
