  I had a problem with Mobile deposit and my money wasn’t going to be available until Monday. I worked with Dennis and explained my situation and he was patient even though He got me when I was a touch heated and was patient and helped me come to a resolution. I would recommended this location 10/10 times. Thank you for your help Dennis!

  They won’t notarize something if it wasn’t initiated they them, even if you’re a member. Was told to go to a title company and they charged $75.00! Hours are not conducive to people who work a normal 8:00-5:00 job. Hours are 8:30-4:00, except for Fridays until 6:00. Even trying to get there by 6:00 in Friday night traffic is a challenge. Looking for a bank that suits my needs.

  This is a decent branch. The ATM is out of device 50% of the time and you have to travel to another branch. Its an old ATM, why not update it? Its aggravating and a waste of time.

  Rudest lady I've dealt with customer service wise (3 separate times with the same lady), I get if you cant do something even if you cant even really explain why but no reason to be totally rude to a loyal customer, sorry if the other employees are great I just got stuck with this same lady too many times, well even once Is too much (from 2019)

  By far the best branch for around. Customer service is outstanding! No matter which employee I get they are all sweet and kind!

  Went to a no charge atm for a withdraw and got charged by first Tennessee then proceeded to argue the charge is from the atm. Then when you ask about it they deny it’s from them.

  Worst customer service, not to mention they have to be the slowest branch and they don't care!
