  I had really good experience doing my refinance with Hoa. Before starting the refinance, I knew I should look into it since the rates came down recently, but I was dreading the idea of going through a long drawn-out process with many obstacles in the way. Doing refinance with Hoa turned out to be quite easy and fast. It took only three weeks from the beginning to end. The result is much lower interest rate on my mortgage. Hoa is very knowledgeable in refinancing. She was very helpful guiding me through the process. She was always available when some questions came up. I definitely would recommend Hoa to anyone needing a refinance.

  Hoa was amazing and we were glad we got her! :-) She pretty much made herself avail to us at anytime via text, email and/or phone call during the whole process.
