  Working with Dane Costa at HI Velocity Mortgage was an incredibly smooth and painless experience. As a first time home owner, Dane was there to answer any questions I had and was always very responsive. He was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. He also fought for the best interest rate and got me a 1/4 percent lower than my initial broker, whom I left to work with Dane. I’ve already recommended him to several friends and colleagues. Dane managed any hiccups in the process (outside of our control) with professionalism and tact. I can’t give him enough praise for his work!

  Dane Costa is awesome! He helped us with the refinance of our mortgage. We closed quicker that I would have imagined, with a great interest rate.   We recently refinanced our VA loan with Dane Costa with HI Velocity Mortgage. I am a Realtor and I have to say, I have never heard of a refinance loan going through as quickly as ours did- less than 3 weeks! That has to be a new record in Hawaii! I have worked with Dane for several years and he is always available to take my calls as well as my clients, even after hours and on holidays. He is a mortgage broker, so he can shop around for the best deals for my clients. And he always delivers great service and is able to close loans faster than his competitors. He definitely deserves 5 stars!

  Dane Costa was exceptional! He responded promptly, answered all our questions and explained each step in a comprehensive way that was so easy to understand. He made us feel like family and made the refinance process a complete ease! He helped us lower our mortgage payment $600/mo!
