  This location has two drive thru teller windows, lots of parking, hardly a wait if you go in the branch. Employees are ways helpful and courteous.

  Honestly, an amazing place to do my banking! Down to earth, honest, helping, and very caring‼ I am a new member and I am nothing but satisfied. They helped me with a car loan. I got an amazing rate and the staff helped me with an affordable car payment.

  Been a member for nearly 20 years. The staff has ALWAYS been super helpful. I've gotten fast/quick turnaround service on any loans I've applied for. They care about their members.

  This bank is awesome very nice people to do business with professional very easy to work with when you need loan car loan etc.. All the loan officers they are absolutely nice I would like to thank you all pearl Hawaii credit union for helping me out Especially Alvaro and Ed for the support you gave me and accepting my letter request for my difficulty time you guys are a life saver.I would recommend anyone to come here to do business with them when you join this bank you become family Always there for you when you need help no matter what I would forever do business with Pearl

  Best loan officer in EWA, her name is Maia. Got me the best rate with auto loan. Also help with other financials needs. Will be recommending my family and military friends!!

  The online banking doesn’t work, whatever good lighting I use and quality image I take both the website and the mobile app doesn’t take my checks. How am I supposed to get paid bruh.

  Oof, no personal experience here but one of my employees got a loan here and they seem like sharks. Not very easy to work with, and will do everything in their power to mess you up.

  I like the bank, but I am extreamly frustrated with their online system. I can not not login to my online account on my Android phone or new Dell computer. I've tried Crome and Enternet Explorer it's to the point, I just give up on trying because there's nothing that works after countless tries, even with customer service on the line with me. There is no point in trying, I give up on their online banking. No bank has ever been this difficult before as to online banking. Also it makes me feel extreamly uncomfortable that the bankers can get in to my online account know all my personal information to get on my online banking account that I can't get on and change the password so they don't have access.

  Poor customer service!!!!!! Particularly with the loan department Joyce and Tony, Oh Gosh no aloha. Pearl Hawaii recently merged w/West Oahu and everything has completely changed if you’ve had a negative history w/West Oahu (even though you’ve cleared it up) it WILL affect future offers, loans, checking etc. And this also applies to long time members prior to the merge - absolutely ridiculous!!!!! I was basically told to bank else where. I even called to get more info from Licie the VP of operations at the Waipio location, left numerous messages with no response. People save yourself the hassle and bank else, definitely not worth it

  Been with these guys since they opened up in Waipio, they wasn't so great at first. But over the years they have improved tons. I really like doing business with this Credit Union, so helpful and very so kind. They earned these 5/5 from me. Keep up the good work!
