  Got off from work, rushed through traffic, and arrived to this branch 15 mins before they close. The staff greeted with reasons why they could not assist me because they were closing. I have been a customer for over 10 years and I wished I have read the reviews before trying their customer service here. Thanks for serving the country!

  I understand covid restrictions. However, if we are family living together and drive in the same car to the bank, why are we not allowed in together? We are bring you business. The bank's policies should be reviewed as there are updates and changes all the time.

  I’ve been banking here for 4 years. The bank employees always go out of their way to help me and take care of me. This location is extremely busy, but I never had an extended wait time. My experience with this bank is that they have better fees than my other bank (HSFCU) especially when it comes to bank wire transfers. I highly recommend this bank.

  Not OPEN, it's ATM only, they have an employee saying just drive to another branch.

  Customer service was fantastic. We opened an account with them today and it was painless, we were in and out in less than an hour with all of our questions answered. It was by far the least stressful banking experience I have ever had.

  I don't know what it is about this branch but everyone here seems like they have no interest in being there and could care less about customers. I've only recently had one nice interaction with a teller with crazy nails. Everyone else leaves a bad taste in my mouth like I'm bothering them or something. The pearl branch is nothing like this.

  The first thing you see when you walk in is a desk with a person greeting you. You'd think they'd put the nicest person up there but I went in today and was greeted with the rudest woman. Told me what I was going to do multiple times as well as interrupting me and repeating back to me what I had just said so I sounded dumb. If Carla is at the front desk just go see someone else. Don't even bother.

  Carla was extremely rude and demeaning, not helpful what so ever. Our fraud charges were rejected even though it wasn't us and she was no help explaining why or helping. Will be switching to USAA where they are helpful and kind to customers.

  Very much ask-your-question-and-get-out type of service today at the front desk. If I didn’t have important accounts here, I would’ve closed all of my accounts.

  Customer service is really bad, they barely acknowledge you're there and when I was asked what I needed the woman just left me there and went to talk to a teller. The other receptionist had to take care of me, I just needed a debit card and they can barely show any emotion other than hating being there and hate having you there
