Was at Chase for 19 years. Someone convinced me to change to the greatest bank (credit union) in the United States. I ve had a few red flags since changing. The last one and possible final straw was the fraud department calling me about a charge a day earlier. The caller computer asked me if I recognized a $350 charge from a grocery store. No I did not charge that much at a grocery store so I almost said I didn’t recognize the charge (press 1) but then the fake person said…” do you want to know more?…well of course (press 2) Turns out it was to a ranch in Texas where I buy my beef. Legit! In the mean time my card was disabled for all the later transactions which I did not know. When I looked at my Amazon account they didn’t ship a few items because of “ BAD CREDIT CARD” so not only did I miss much needed product I also lost a special price…not to mention my time for jumping through hoops when I should have been working with clients. Twice Chase called about possible fraud on my account, and they were accurate in their assessment. They are very nice and all smiles at my branch. Dad said, “Never trust a smiling bulldog “

After hours support doesn't know what they are doing. First rep forwarded me to a different call center that does not even support HFCU. 2nd call was able to fix my locked card over a ten dollar transaction.
