  Professional, honest and upfront - great mortgage broker! My husband and I first worked with Seth nearly 13 years ago, when buying our first home. During a time when other mortgage brokers were pushing predatory products and telling people they could afford more than they could, Seth was very much the opposite.   They preapproved and highly endorsed a buyer. He claimed that the buyer was an excellent buyer and that he had already pre-sent everything to underwriting. If the house appraised, she would "sail through" underwriting....two weeks later....REJECTED by underwriting. And, we tried to call and get updates and he was completely unresponsive. BAD BAD BAD. Do not use this person. A good mortgage broker is amazing. A bad one can ruin people's life plans. Guess what just happened here?
