  I just love Avidia bank!!! Linda has been my teller for many years!! She is my go to person whenever I have a question! I love to see Kelly-Ann with her smiling face! Camila is so nice as our favorite drive up teller! Congratulations to Jackie on her new promotion to assistant manager!!! The CSR Dottie is so helpful and is always accommodating with all banking needs. Heidi the branch manager is awesome and of course Barbara makes the awesome teller line complete with her smile and warm personality

  I want to recognize the team at the Marlboro branch especially Linda Root she has always taking time to address my needs without hesitation she is the best also Dave Mortazeli has always been there for me when he was in Marlborough and still does when I need him. The rest of the team are all very nice patient and always ready to help. Kelly and Dottie do a fantastic job. I am very happy and privileged to have them as my banking institute. I will always recommend them to anyone needing a bank.

  I’ve been coming to this bank since I first opened an account as a teenager and never thought about going anywhere else. Friendly staff, amazing service and very accommodating. Highly recommend:)

  Recently, I had a bank issue that needed to be resolved. I went to the Maple Street branch of Avidia in Marlborough, MA. The manager was not in the office but a woman named Linda stepped up. Linda was positive, friendly and very professional. She listened to the problem and quickly determined who needed to be contacted. There was a sense of urgency/immediacy to my bank issue. She made a call and put me in touch with the proper people that responded appropriately. I want to thank Avidia employees - Joanne, Patricia, and especially, LINDA for their professionalism, customer service skills, attentiveness to resolving issues, and empathy. They are a very positive reflection of the great service that Avidia Bank offers to the community.
