      My wife and I went in today to get an auto loan. Shout out to Lucky, the teller/agent/representative (i don't know what her job title is) who assisted us, for being super kind and helpful. A+ customer service in our case :)

      Called this morning to increase home equity line of credit, told because I dont have a first mortgage can not increase line. Ridiculous. After 40 years as members we will move forward to another bank. DCU you need to do better !

      This company is absolutely enraging to do business with. Nothing works as it should in the online portal. I have an account number, an access code, a password, and an approved loan and STILL can't get in the online portal, because the "password reset" doesn't recognize any of the above. Then, when I try to send an email, it warns me that it's not secure, and then won't send -- just a circular reference back to the message box. GREAT, THANKS FOR THE GO NOWHERE MESSAGE BOX THAT NOW JUST HAS ME EVEN MORE IRATE BECAUSE MY ONLY OPTION IS TO WASTE MORE HOURS OF MY LIFE TRYING TO CALL YOU FOR SOMETHING THAT SHOULD TAKE 5 MINUTES TO RESOLVE. As I said, all paths lead to calling, which results in waiting on hold for a minimum of 45 minutes for the most basic of transactions. I've had to do this no fewer than 5 times just this week alone, simply to get a car loan approved. I chose this company for a 1.74% auto loan on an EV, and they offered an extra 0.5% discount if you submit 100% of your paycheck through them. DO NOT DO IT. If they're this bad at even getting me to the point of accessing the account, how in the world can anyone trust them to actually manage their money?!

      Literally the worse bank company ever. They customer service is purr garbage. U can't get a representative. Thier atm took my $$ and froze up. I wish I didn't have to use this bank because it's one the the most inconvenient banks I've ever had to deal with. STAY AWAY !!

      I have always had really good customer service at all the DCU branches. They always help with anything I come in for. Then ask if they can help with anything else before I go. This branch has a drive up ATM and was a Taco Bell when I was in highschool.

      I got a loan from this company through a solar panel company I was told I was going to get a tax rebate for my solar panels but the small print read that the credit union wanted that money that I was going to get from the IRS if not they would raise the price of my solar panels contract. Didn't realize it till it was too late. Beware the small print it's very predatory.

      Good morning, i have bee trying for weeks to get in contact with someone. I have done chat but the wait starts at 15 minutes and as i wait it goes up up up to 20-10 minutes . I have called in multiple times but after 30 minutes the autoated system hangs up on me. I am simply trying to make a payment on my cars loan. I have added an account to my online login but it will not let me select it to make a payment from! I have never had to work so hard to give someone money. Literal hours of my life trying to navigate your archaic website, chat with someone and calling while I’m at work and just letting it sit on hold for 30 minutes at a time hoping this time someone will answer. Ridiculous. I thought credit unions were supposed to be more intimate and customer focused. This is insanity

      Ive been going to this branch for almost a decade. I have never had a bad experience. Everyone here is professional, Knowledgeable and willing to go above and beyond for you. I can tell you right now all the one star reviews that are here are a result of the individuals incompetence, negligence and impatience. I promise you this branch and this bank are top class. Edit: Since having written this, I have a car loan with them at 1.99%, took out an almost $20K line of credit after a 15 minute phone call and a single pay stub proof of income. Top rate fraud protection, got a call about a charge in Virgina, charges never even hit, if you dispute any faulty charges, they will credit you, and you'll get a card within 2-3 business days. COVID has been brutal for all businesses. These guys have held on strong.

      Worst bank I’ve ever been apart of. Not only do both ATM machines never work, you also need to make appointments to do anything within your account. My spouse just went to deposit money into the ATM, couple hundred dollars, it says error we cannot take your money and doesn’t give the money back. You guys deserve to be shut down, every single last branch.

      HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. The ATM was broken and I needed to withdraw money from my own account and they wanted me to make an appointment which the next available time was 3 pm and I went in at 12. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. If you live in Marlborough don't even waste you time dealing with this branch, go to the one behind the Solomon pond mall!!! Beyond ridiculous I couldn't take MY money out of MY account.
