      Love the Hennessy Honda dealership. (Specially after having a bad experience with another Honda dealer where they didn't even care how long we had to wait to see a sales associate). My wife worked with Anita John and we loved working her. Very professional and detailed. We filled the details for the loan application the previous day and everything was ready and set to go when we got there. Will definitely recommend Anita & Hennessy Honda.

      I purchased my Honda from Hennessy in 2015 and it has been nowhere else for service. I always call Ed Miller, Service Advisor, with any issue and he is always a great help. The repair techs are very efficient and do quality work. This visit I asked that they detail my car and it was absolutely gorgeous! I love getting behind the wheel of my car right after it has been serviced.

      I recently bought a 2017 Honda Accord and the sales associate that I was greeted by was very nice and cooperative with me. He made sure we got the best deal and were happy when we left the dealership. Even though we didn't find the car we wanted on the first visit, the sales associate kept in contact with me and told me about cars that I might be interested in. Finally, he called me and said that the 2017 Honda Accords were in stock and I was very pleased at how he dealt with us. He was very patient and nice and understanding. I will be returning in the future to buy more cars!

      Everyone was very personable and not pushy. Great customer service. Our salesman Parker was great to work with and Scott the finance manager made all the paperwork a breeze and helped us keep our budget. Can't say enough great things about these guys. We will definitely be back!

      The Service department was amazing! My car was acting funny, so I made a detour and stopped by Hennessy Honda. They had the problem figured out and fixed and performed my regular maintenance in about thirty minutes. I will definitely be coming back to these guys!

      I bought my 2017 Honda Odyssey in Hennessy Honda of Woodstock last year. I had very good experience with Stacy and her associate. They were patient, polite and knowledgeable. This is my second Honda car ( first one is Honda CRV), I love the quality and reliability of Honda. In addition, I want to mentioned that Hennessy Honda of Woodstock is the one I chosen by comparing to other dealership in around 50 miles to Johns Creek. My friends and I made a pretty comprehensive research on the inventory, price, customer review and personal satisfaction by contacting sales person, etc. Hennessy Honda is one of the best among them.

      **DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP** I took my car in for its first oil change. When I picked it up and got home I noticed there was damage to the my steering wheel. I called Lindsay the service advisor that helped me and told her about it. I had to take it back that day for some other issues I was having with my screen and cruise control and Lindsay said the new service advisor Tiffany would assist when I brought it in. When I brought it in she saw the damage took a picture of it and that they would take care of it. When I went to pick it up it was almost closing time and Tiffany was gone and only one service person was there (Peter-nice guy). They said nothing was wrong with my cruise control but he and I figured it out when I picked it up.. all good. Then I asked about my steering wheel, he said oh I don't see that on your service receipt, call Tiffany in the morning. I text her when I got home and didn't hear back in the morning so I sent another text. Her response was that there is no proof it happened there so they will not cover it. I explained to her that I wouldn't say they did it if it wasn't done there. I am not that type of person. I then called to speak with with GM Jerry Goodard and never heard from him. I got a call from the service manger Matt Sell and he said the same thing Tiffany said and I told him the same thing I told her. He was very rude, condescending, and kept talking over me. My coworker loves my car so much he is going to get one himself but I will definitely tell him to go somewhere else. I am not a liar (how they made me feel) and I am not one to complain or make a big deal about things but this is a brand new car (5300 miles), I love my car, and I take care of my car. So for them to pretty much accuse me of lying and not making it right is a problem. I work very closely with a major fleet management company and will never recommend this dealership to any of my clients, friends, or family. If you are looking for a Honda and or need Honda service it's worth driving a bit further to Honda Carland in Roswell. That's where I bought my car from and regret taking my car to Hennessy Honda.. it was just convenient to my job location.

      Extremely efficient, fantastic customer service! Continued follow ups via text while the repair work was being done, finished ahead of schedule, but mostly impressed by the customer service and efficiency of the department. Even paying the bill was pleasant. I was reading a good book, enjoying a cup of specialty hot tea that was provided in the waiting area. I was actually disappointed that the car got done early.

      Purchased a Toyota Rav4 off the pre-owned lot a month ago. We live in tennessee 2+ hours away. We found the car online and drove all the way to the dealership to get it. Salesmen didn't have to do anything to make the sale. Steve our salesman was super nice and easy to work with. Once we finished signing paperwork we waited over an hour after close.. a total of 2 hours (after signing paperwork) to get into finance. Everyone else had already went home, we were the only ones left in the building. Which I get they had people in front of us so not a huge deal. However, we went to pay our tennessee taxes and get our tags today and the clerk at the annex building had the itemized list of our purchase. We were charged $499 dollars for an appearance fee. I called Hennessy and was told that that fee was for them to detail and tint the windows. I didnt request a detail or window tint.. the vehicle already had those things done to it well before we even found the listing online. So we will not be back to do business with a place that brags about "honesty" and "good ethics" then turns around and slides in a fee for a detail and tint (things that they do to every vehicle upon arrival). Not to mention the dealer fee we were charged since they couldn't charge state tax. Pitiful.
