  Hartwest Financial services is top notch. Everything is done online and is secure. Fast processing and they are great in following up and answering questions. I have worked with them 2 times (purchase and refi) now and will go back to them again. I have referred them to my friends. My friends too think Cindy and her team are great!

  Hart West and Cindy in particular made our home buying go as smoothly as possible when the home builder and the appraiser seemed to be working against us. I could contact them whenever. Literally whenever. They responded SO quickly, which was nice because my anxiety about everything lining up to allow us to be able to move in the very short time window we had, was through the roof. But they worked with our ridiculous situation with courtesy, professionalism, and ease. It was such a pleasure to work with them on top of the fact that they had THE LOWEST rates available. I’m the type of person who shops around for at least 6 months before pulling the trigger for larger purchases and this was no different. I exhausted the rate searching and they offered the best rates without any hidden anything and to top it off they were so easy to work with. I hope we never move again, but if we do, I would not even think to use another company.

  My wife and I have have used Hart West 8 or 10 times over the past 15 years to obtain mortgages for rental properties and refinances on our own home. In all cases their fees were the lowest and the interest rates obtained on the loans were the best available at the time.   I have had several loans through Cindy at Hartwest over the last 20 years and have referred friends to her. She is awesome and has always found us an excellent rate. The mortgage company underwriters in CA were less than stellar this go around, but when Cindy got involved they got their act together. I appreciate her honesty and hard work!

  Hart-West was professional and very competitive with their rates. I compared with several mortgage loan companies, and they couldn't compete. They were prompt with paper work, schedules, and closing requirements. I would use them again and have recommended them to friends and family.

  I've used Hart West for 2 mortgages recently, and they've always exceeded my expectations. I live in Washington, so there's always some hesitation to use an out of state company with no local offices, however everything went smoothly both times. And they have the lowest rates! I was referred by a friend and have referred a few of my friends, and we've all had good experiences. Couldn't recommend them more!

  HartWest has helped me with two home loans. They are quick, responsive, and have the best rates. I considered refinancing with my current lender and it was much cheaper to refinance with Hartwest. I was able to do everything online via email and forms and completed my loan in no time.
