  Mike, Melanie and the entire CommLoan team set the highest bar in the commercial loan industry. They have spent countless hours on difficult projects and always provided results. We have worked with many brokers over the last ten years and Mike and CommLoan have always risen above the average to provide the best options for a variety of projects.   David, Mitch & the team were there all the way with detailed and well laid out analysis with some great offering options. We selected a HUD loan of over $ 11M with plans to add another $ 5M.   I referred one of my Commercial Real Estate clients to CommLoan after she and her business parters were unable to procure financing on their commercial property. She had been to about 7 lenders trying to financing a large industrial building. They needed the building immediately and paid cash hoping to be able to refinance at some point. Though my client and her business was financially solvent and had a legal business entity here in Arizona, filing both state and federal tax returns, she and her business partners are citizens of a different country and that alone was the sticking point to all the other lenders. I knew if anyone could pull this refinance off, then it would be CommLoan. My hunch was correct and my clients closed on their loan last month and could not be happier!

  Eric and the entire CommLoan team are such a huge asset to those seeking a commercial loan or mortgage - they are experts and cast a wide net for a variety of financing needs to their network of vetted and ready to go lenders.   My wife and I were making our first commercial property purchase. We were out of state borrowers and had almost no industry experience. We only had good income and credit working for us. When we started the process we felt the biggest challenge would be obtaining a loan. We worked with Melanie and Heather primarily. In my opinion the loan process was easier than a home loan, actually the easiest part of the buying process. Commloan has a streamlined process and is well worth the cost.
