  Not a good experience. Went with Adam Wain with LHM Financial/CNN Mortgage based on a recommendation and wished we had found someone else. We have four main complaints with this company: 1.) They lied to us about their interest rate. We specifically asked for an interest rate that did not involve the purchase of points to lower it. Adam gave us the rate and told us we were not purchasing points. We found out when it was too late to change it and still close on the house in time that he did in fact charge us points to get that interest rate. 2.) They waited until the day we were supposed to close on our house to send things to the title company and so we barely were able to close by the end of the day. All the information had been signed and was ready on our end well in advance. 3.) Adam would only address my husband in communication even though we bought our house jointly. Even when he needed information from me, he would address it to my husband saying he needed it. 4.) We have owned our house for nine months now and are still getting mail from them trying to talk us into purchasing a stupid “life insurance” policy for our mortgage. Definitely recommend looking elsewhere!

  LHM was Great to work with… or at least to have them work with me. I was quite a pain in the sense of on again, off again about refinancing. They were communicative and friendly, explaining the things I wasn’t familiar with (which was everything!) Great company and great customer service. Definitely recommend to anyone in need of their expertise.

  Tom Metzger provided very prompt service and was responsive. We received an excellent rate and terms for investor mortgage loans. The experience we had with LHM Financial was far better than other experiences we had with other mortgage lenders.

  I can't say enough nice things about our experience with Karen Flores at LHM. Not only did they provide the best rate for our loan, but Karen went above and beyond in helping us. Two days before we were about to close we found a communication breakdown with the other agencies involved in the transaction. Karen helped to fix the issue even though it was not LHM's mistake and turned it around in record time. Thank you Karen!!!

  We really really enjoyed using Eric to help us purchase our first home. He kindly answered all of our "new to this" questions with patience and clarity.   Steve and Araceli are absolutely amazing to work with. They work hard to get everything that is needed on time. They send reminders without being redundant.
