  Kylee Transtrum is an outstanding loan originator. She was easy and personable to work with from the start of the process to signing on closing day. She said at the start that she’d get us the most money we could on our cash out refi and she proved it by following through. The price only got better throughout the process, contrary to many mortgage companies out there. She voluntarily sends out weekly status updates on your loan actions throughout the process and is immediately responsive when you have questions. I was never waiting on Kylee to push paperwork through. In fact, I had a hard time keeping up with her! I had questions and she always answered them within a couple hours at most, with a complete response that provided a succinct and clear answer. I think AmeriSave could improve on their appraisal approval process, as they don’t allow a reappraisal from another appraiser if the original one comes in unreasonably low, but that’s no fault of Kylee’s. She does what’s within her power to do great work for you and achieve customer satisfaction, much like I try to do when I go to work everyday. I respected that and that’s the reason I’d call Kylee direct the next time I go through another mortgage action. She’s the best you’ll find. Keep up the good work, Kylee.

  My experience was not the best. The promises that lured me to Amerisave were not delivered. My loan agent was not the best and the process was extremely long. He had poor communication skills. He hardly ever followed up on promises made to keep me informed on my loan application process. I was promised a much better deal than I got. I am very disappointed.

  We had amazing service with Santia Tom. She was very knowledgeable and patient. She continued to double check things with me to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted out of our refinance. We went from initial phone call to signing in under 6 weeks- all from the comfort of our own home. It was quick and easy, but I believe Santia had a lot to do with that since she was so dedicated.

  Amanda recently helped me close on 7th home and she was by far the best I’ve experienced. This includes unsurpassed customer service, quick responses, foresight to ask for things before underwriting requested, and always making me feel like a priority.   Thanks to Amerisave for saving us $600/ month!! I talked to close to a dozen mortgage lenders and no one could beat the deal Amerisave offered us. From start to finish it was a breeze. All our questions were promptly answered and when we needed help with downloading on the portal Jenny Ramos did it for us. She's an asset to Amerisave!   I was able to complete my refi from an FHA into a conventional loan in about 3 weeks. I worked with Jonathan and Josefina, props to them for a great job. The process was very smooth. I would recommend them to anyone looking to refinance.

  Very deceiving business practices. Nicholas Ramirez rushed through everything and when I questioned the $500 deposit he assured me that even though the paperwork says it's not refundable, it we chose to go to another lender before the appraisal we would get our money back. Stay away from AmeriSave...there is a reason there are so many bad reviews.

  My experience refinancing my home has been terrible! I have an exceptional credit rating, more cash in the bank than I am borrowing, and after 3 months, it is still not complete. They are disorganized, and I have had to provide documents multiple times because of the length of time it has taken. NEVER would I recommend them
