Jason is hardworking , thorough, detailed, and much more as a professional; but we are mostly thankful for his patience, kindness, and ability to help us feel at ease with the decisions we made regarding our new mortgage. The home buying process is naturally stressful, but when you have the right team it not only makes it bearable, but actually enjoyable to look back and know that you made the best decision for your family with the guidance of a trust worthy team.   Where do I begin? Working with Jason was the best experience hands down. It all started when me & my wife were looking for a home to purchase and we wanted a local Mortgage Broker. That’s when we came across Jason. He was and is very quick with his responses and is always on top of your situation. Usually with professionals they obviously have many clients, and with Jason I felt like he was our own personal advisor. Jason was very honest and transparent with us during our process. I like a person who is upfront with you and tells it how it is. He’s not just in the business to sell. He builds relationships with his clients. He wants what’s best for you and wants you to be happy with your purchase. His services were amazing. I’m just a matter of months we found our dream home & he’s become more than realtor and lender that helped us buy a home but a friend & he’s like family now. I can’t say enough about our experience.   I’ve never refinanced before but Jason and Harmony made it so simple. The videos they send explaining exactly what is happening in the process, tracking the status, as well as personal phone calls helping me know exactly what the next step is gave me so much peace of mind. I saved a TON of money and it’s all thanks to Harmony. Highly recommend and I would send anyone I know to them!

  We called Jason on 2/14/2020 trying to get a first time home owner loan. He gave us a pre-qualification of $190,000 (I knew there was no way that was possible due to my boyfriend’s credit). We tried calling him on Saturday 2/15/2020 because the business hours on google said the office was open. No answer. We tried calling I believe 3 times on Tuesday at multiple different times. No answer. Around 1pm we just decided to go to the office to drop off the paperwork. He wasn’t there. He spoke to us through his ring doorbell on his office door and said he’d be there in 15 minutes. I knew we should’ve left when we walked in the office. It was a mess. Nothing matched. There was an emoji table cloth, it just looked neglected and thrown together. He said that he doesn’t work there all the time, he works mostly from home and that was just a place to meet clients, so while we were trying to call him....he was at home. When I brought up that we had called him multiple times that day he asked if we were having problems contacting him and i told him that we were because there’s only one number to call on the website. Anyways, we all sit down and he tells us how busy he is and how he has so much work and usually this is the slow season but it hasn’t slowed down. In my opinion, I don’t think he should’ve been taking on new clients since he was sooo busy. So we give him the paperwork and he told us that we should hear something back by Friday. I asked him for the pre-approval paperwork, like a paper copy to keep on file, he said he’d email it because he doesn’t have a printer.......He doesn’t.....have.....a printer 🤦🏻‍♀️ So Friday comes around and we don’t hear from him. I texted him I believe on Saturday asking for the pre-approval paper that he said he’d email us, the one that said we were approved for $190,000. He messaged me back saying something about how it takes 48-72 hours so I don’t think he understood what I asked for even though I was pretty clear 🤷🏻‍♀️. Throughout this whole process with Jason he NEVER contacted us. He never kept us updated. TWICE he said he’d call us on a certain day at a certain time and we never heard from him. WE had to contact HIM! This is our first time doing this, we have no idea what’s going on. We’re anxious and we want to be kept in the loop. Even if there was no news, he should’ve called or texted at the times he said he was going to. So while we’re waiting on Jason there was another guy staying in constant contact with us even after we told him we were working with someone else. While we were waiting for Jason to call us about the results of the amount of money we’d be approved for we sent the same paperwork to this other guy. The other guy says he doesn’t know how we got approved for $190,000 because that’s not what he saw. The same day we gave this other guy our paperwork, we had the results of how much we were approved for. So what took Jason almost 2 weeks to do was done in 12 hours by this other guy. It wasn’t good news. We got approved for less than $100,000 😞 The new guy told us to wait a couple months, work on our credit and try again. Today is 3/15/2020 and we STILL haven’t heard from Jason! I’m sure he got the same results as this other guy but he could’ve at least called us! Instead he left us hanging. I don’t know if he was too busy or he just didn’t want to waste his time with us because we didn’t get approved for enough money but regardless he should’ve called or texted or emailed or sent a letter or sent a raven, ANYTHING would’ve been better than ghosting us. **EDIT** I never claimed to fill out an application and we were never told about a portal. The first time we’ve heard from you in weeks was some weird passive aggressive text you sent to Mario this morning that made zero sense. Regardless you never called us with any news like you said you would. I’m not sure what writing a review on a Sunday evening has to do with anything, but okay. We were mad about being ghosted and now you’re mad that I said something. Mario is fully aware of this review and agreed.

  Courtney Bencroft never filled out an application with Harmony her boyfriend did and we are waiting for Mario to complete his tasks. We have a transparent website for all correspondence. Courtney nor Mario have emailed or logged into there portal to request or submit any additional help. If we have missed something we would love to help. Posting on a Sunday evening after hours seems to be just an excuse to give another company a bad review for no reason. Please call me during business hours so we can work this out. I am here2help.
